By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Reczee if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Reczee", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company - Reczee Private Limited. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, EITHER BY REGISTERING ON ANY SUBDOMAIN OF RECZEE.COM OR USING SERVICES PROVIDED BY RECZEE OR BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" OR "CUSTOMER" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

This Agreement shall begin on the date 1st April, 2022.

Reczee does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Reczee,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Reczee. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

• By use of our corporate name; or

No use of Reczee's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Plans

We offer multiple plans to access Reczee and restrict usage of various features based on the plan selected.

Free trial
Free trial provides some of the features for free and might be restricted by usage and/or time till which the features will be accessible. By signing up for an account on Reczee you are assigned a free plan. The applicable provisions of this agreement will apply for such accounts.
Demo accounts
Reczee might create some demo accounts and provide access to you to try out the features it provides for a certain period of time. By logging in to those accounts, the applicable provisions of this agreement will apply for such accounts.
Paid plans
Reczee also offers a range of paid plans terms of which might be upfront communicated on the pricing page and/or communicated separately in case of customized plans. Reczee may change the pricing and packaging of the product as we add more and more features from time to time and such changes would be communicated actively.
The payment for every invoice generated on 1st of every month would be payable within 1 week, failing of which might lead to pausing or termination of the account at the discretion of Reczee. The applicable provisions of this agreement will apply for such accounts.

Payments

Reczee ATS

Reczee provides a range of pricing options along with different recurring cycle. Since the payment amount is governed by the usage of the product, an invoice would be generated on 1st of every month with the usage details and pricing plan of the previous month.
Refunds
Refunds would be provided only in case of extra amount is deducted apart from the committed pricing plan. Reczee reserves the right to decide which cases are refundable and will communicate to the customer acccordingly.
One time payment
When you upgrade from your free plan, you will be charged a small amount to migrate to your new plan. This amount would be adjusted with the amount payable at the end of the month based on the computation displayed on the Usage details page.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a plan will be allowed at any point in time and the amount accrued from the start of the month based on the usage would be payable by the customer immediately.

Reczee TalentHub

Cancellation
You can be eligible for cancellation only if the services for which the payment is done is not availed. For example, if the candidate has paid for interviewing with us to receive a certification then it will not be eligible for a cancellation or a refund.
Refunds
Please refer the cancellation section. For refunds related to interviews, if the interview is completed then we will not be able to provide any refund.

Reczee Screeno

Cancellation
Since Screeno plans are based on the number of credits purchased, there is no need of explicitly cancelling any subscription.
Refunds
Any Screeno credits that are purchased are not transferable and non refundable as it directly provisions resume credits. You can use these to tag resumes and do not expire.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Reczee also reserves the rights to suspend and/or terminate Customer's access to the Services if: (i) Customer's account is 1 week (7) days or more overdue; (ii) Reczee determines that Customer has breached any of the usage terms as depicted in this document; or (iii) Reczee determines that the usage of the platform deviates from its intended purpose and is being utilized for activities other than those with which it was built; or (iv) Reczee determines that suspension is necessary to prevent harm or liability to other customers or third parties, or to preserve the security, stability, availability or integrity of Reczee Services.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
