At Reczee, we’ve always believed that great hiring starts with clarity, speed, and trust. Today, we’re excited to share a major milestone in that journey: Reczee has been acquired by OnGrid, a leading digital trust and background verification platform.

This partnership brings together Reczee’s Agentic Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with OnGrid’s deep expertise across identity, verification, and workforce compliance. Together, we’re building a more connected hiring experience — one where recruitment doesn’t end at an offer letter, but flows seamlessly into verification, onboarding, and long-term workforce accountability.

As hiring becomes faster, more remote, and more regulated, recruitment teams are under pressure to move quickly without compromising on trust. Yet hiring tools often operate in silos, disconnected from downstream compliance and governance. Joining OnGrid allows us to solve this problem at a much larger scale.

Founded in 2016 by IIT Bombay alumni, OnGrid today works with over 4,000 organizations, processing more than 1 billion verifications and transactions across background checks, identity verification, KYC, and KYB.
